Clan roadmap (UPDATED 05/10)

Ok so i thought this was an important thing to include now as sometimes i refer you guys to a roadmap. Now you are probably scratching your head at what i mean so it is sort of direction the clan is going in and when is stuff going to happen. So now i am going to show you a rough idea of what we want to achieve and when. this includes past stuff and will be ruled out after its completed. This is taken directly from what i have down currently myself.


Clan Founded: June 30th 2015

8 Members from the start : 1 Executive officer/1 Field Commander/1 Recruiter

15 Members Achieve by Mid August or before ( Achieved )

- Skirmishes are happening at tier 6 ( Completed )
- Members; 1 Executive officer/ 1 Field commander / 2 Recruiters ( Completed ) IronhideB5 has taken role of recruiter

20 Members by Mid - End of August (  Early Achievement )

- Tier 6 skirmishes are common at this point ( Completed )
- Potentially Tier 8 skirmishes ( Not completed - Not enough people online )
- Members in roles; 1 Executive officer / 2 Field commanders / 2 Recruiters ( Failed due to no 2nd FC ) Rolled over to previous Goal

25 Members by End of August ( Early Achievement )

-Tier 8 Skirmishes + Tier 6 Skirmishes ( Completed )

-Strongholds? ( To early not enough players )

- Members in roles; 1 Executive Officer / 2 Field commanders / 2 Recruiters ( Not completed due to lack of FC applicants )

30 Members by Early September ( Achieved )

-Tier 8 Skirmishes + Tier 6 skirmishes ( Common but not all the time ) [Completed]

- Strongholds ? ( Still a bit early )

- Potential for Clan wars ? ( Too early )

- Members in Roles; 2 Executive officers / 2 Field commanders / 2 Recruiters ( Completed Kalkalash became Recruiter 9thLeigion became Executive officer and Minesco became Field commander) Updated to keep track of names

40 Members by Mid - End of September (Achieved early october )

- Tier 8 and 6 Skirmishes? Common

- Stronghold Potential ? Possible 50 Members but down to team fielding

- Clan wars ? Left till the following month due to needing to be able to field 2 teams

- Members in roles; 2 Executive Officers / 2 Field Commanders / 3 Recruiters ( Don't forget to show on Forums in regards to Recruiters )

50 Members - Early October ?

- Clan wars ( Possibility depends on Skirmishes and ability to field 2 teams )
- Strongholds ( Depends on building's and How many teams we can field )
- Skirmishes are a Must every weekend @ tier 8. Week days at tier 6

Members in roles; 3 Executive officers @ 45 People / 2 Field Commanders @ 50 People / 3 Recruiters @ Prior goal

Additional comments - Executive officers will become specialised at this point

Members in Roles; 3 Executive officers / 3 Field Commanders / 4 Recruiters / 2 Testers ( Testers depend on if we need them or not. Run passed other Exec officers to see if needed.

Adjust prior roles as needed 5 Of each role may be needed earlier. Discuss with other Exec officers at the time.

IMPORTANT: These are just My Roadmap notes sometimes it will make sense sometimes it wont but in general all objectives should be met by that time. else it will push the whole lot back.


Soo thats everything on the Road map this is the sort of direction we will be going in. Should it change at all you will see it in here with an updated change date at the top and what was changed. I hope this helps you to see where we want to be and when. the dates can be a bit close but the challenge makes it all the more fun. i hope this will encourage you all to meet these objectives and join in on the challenge of meeting them.
